Terms and Conditions

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. If you decide to return your order, please e-mail customerservice@GPSgenie.com for a return authorization number and instructions. We will credit the purchase price of the product(s) to your credit card for returns made within 30 days. Your only obligation is shipping charges. All returns must be in the manufacturer’s unopened boxes and in like new condition.

If you find that a product is defective within 60 days of your order, please contact us. After GPS Genie or the manufacturer confirms that the product is defective, we will arrange for repair or replacement at our discretion. Manufacturers warrantees cover all products. After 60 days, please contact the manufacturer directly.

We will not charge your credit card until your order is shipped. Most items marked "In Stock" ship same day when order is placed before 3:30 PM EST. If we cannot ship within the time quoted, we will e-mail you promptly with an estimated ship date. We retain the right to cancel orders for products that we no longer carry or if pricing or availability has changed. In the event of typographical errors, we retain the right to refuse or cancel orders with the incorrect price or information.

Shipping

Orders are insured and shipped FOB. In the event of loss or damage during shipment, please contact the carrier and GPS Genie immediately and keep all packing materials. We will work with the shipper to trace or replace the items. Please note that high value orders may be sent "signature required" - If so, his will be noted on the e-mailed sales receipt right below the tracking information.
